Making a purchase
Making a purchase is simple. After browsing our website, when you find an item you like just add to basket where you will be lead to simple steps to fill in details only necessary to complete your order. You will then be sent an e-mail to confirm your purchase which you may wish to print out and retain a hard copy.
Payment
Payment will be made online. We accept all major credits and debit cards. Prices are in pounds sterling and VAT is included at the prevailing rate where applicable. Cancellations may be made up to the point of dispatch.
Returns
We are sure that you will love your purchase, but if for any reason you are not satisfied, we will happily refund to exchange at the original cost. We regret that delivery costs can not be refunded, this does not affect your statutory rights. We ask that you return your purchase unused and unworn in its original condition with all tags and packing within 14 days. We recommend you obtain proof of posting as we can only accept responsibility for returned items once they have been received by us.
